With the conclusion of winter regular season, Bridgewater State retains their lead in the 2025-26 Howard C. Smith Cup standings. The Smith Cup is awarded annually to the member institution which compiles the most points based on the placement of each of its programs competing in the league championship sports.

Westfield State’s Rogers Jr. Repeats as MASCAC Player of the Year, Worcester State’s Annan Named Defensive Player of the Year Headline 2025-26 Men’s Basketball All-Conference Team

Westfield State’s Kenney Rogers Jr. repeats as the 2025-26 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Year while Worcester State’s Johnny Annan is Defensive Player of the Year. The duo headlines the All-Conference team which is voted on by the eight coaches around the conference prior to the MASCAC Tournament.
